Refund policy

At The Life Brand Co, we work with various suppliers to offer a wide selection of products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team at returns@thelifebrandco.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item to the supplier.

Once the supplier receives your return, they will inspect it to ensure that it meets their return policy requirements. If the item is in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging, they will issue a refund or exchange according to their policy.

Please note that personalized or customized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on the supplier's part.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with the supplier to provide you with a replacement or refund.

Please keep in mind that some suppliers may have different return policies and shipping fees. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, but we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. There are no direct exchanges.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
